In May 2007, it was reported that a swanking and sprawling new Bukit Jelutong Commercial Center will be built in Bukit Jelutong. It is rumoured that this extra big construction project will be built on the existing land which is now the Bukit Jelutong driving range and golf course.

Calling all musicians, former band boys (in Secondary school or university also can...now father and mother of three), wannabes, has beens, just baru belajar, weekend play seronok-seronok type, karaoke fanatic (during company events or weekends or at home).... we are planning something like the Bukit Jelutong Music Fest, again.

Be on the lookout for a group of males on motorcycles. They normally prowl after dawn. The specialise in breaking into vehicles to steal CD players etc. They seem to be experts and only take a moment to break into the vehicles.

It is manned by two policemen dedicated to the area of Bukit Jelutong only and they are on-call 24 hours. If you can't find them at the pondok (which is actually a corner house), they may be on patrol. Just contact them by phone which is listed on the gate.
